How do I book?

Check in and check out
You are welcome to check into your accommodation from 4pm. We ask that all guests check out by 10am.
How can I pay for my booking?
A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking and full payment is required 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. Balance payments can be made by calling 01404 861634
How much do you charge for dogs?
Well behaved pets are welcome at selected accommodation and they stay for free! All of our pet friendly accommodation is clearly marked on the website.

What if I arrive late?
If you are going to be late for checking in, Firstly ring us to let us know. There is always someone on site and we will wait and show guests in.
What are the opening times for the bar?
Opening times for The Tickled Trout Bar & Bistro vary throughout the season. Please check the dedicated page on our website or ask at Reception for more details.
Is parking available?
Parking is available and free of charge.
Do you accept supermarket deliveries?
Please feel free to book an online supermarket delivery direct to your front door, but please do make sure you are here already checked in when any delivery arrives – we cannot accept and store deliveries for guests, as you will appreciate.
Can I upgrade my accommodation?
You can upgrade your room, subject to availability. Just give us a call on 01404 861634.
Is Wi-Fi available?
We have free Wi-Fi available across all properties in the park.
What is the smoking policy?
We don’t allow smoking in the lodges or cottages, there is a designated smoking area and various ash trays around the site.
Whats included in my accommodation?
*1 hand and 1 bath towel per person (will need to bring own for swimming pool or hot tubs), 1 bath mat

*Cleaning pack with sponge, cloth, black bag, soap, dishwasher tablets if applicable, washing up liquid, tea towel, oven glove

How do I book activities
Fishing is available free of charge to holiday guests.
We also offer free bike hire to all holiday guests. To book, please call us on 01404 861634.
Do you allow BBQ's?
We have outside BBQ areas for guests to use. All you need to do is buy a disposable BBQ.
What is there to do in the local area?
There are lots of beaches near by Lyme Regis, Sidmouth, Seaton, Beer and Branscombe. We also recommend the Donkey Sanctuary in Sidmouth, Crealy Great Adventure Park and Axminster Wildlife Park.
What extras can I add to my booking?
You can add activities, treats and handy items to your booking including children’s equipment, dog beds and hampers.
